Every savasana at Ahimsa was a magic moment for me. The warmth of the room, glowing by candlelight as night fell outside, the smell of incense, the soft breathing of my fellow yogis – my friends – and the serene music: it all made me feel simultaneously transported and fully and peacefully present. I have never known such profound relaxation anywhere else, and such a sense of being held in an atmosphere of love and connection. Thank you, JP and Michelle, for creating that space and that connection, which all of us who loved Ahimsa will carry in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
