We get it — change is confusing! Here are some FAQ’s to help you make a smooth transition to our new booking system, Momence:

Q: If my information has already been transferred over to Momence, do I need to create a new account?

A: No. Check your e-mail, you should have a notice from us asking you to update the password on your existing account. Didn’t get an email? Simply Head to the Momence Login Page or open the Momence App to update your password or create an account (if you are a new student).

Q: I’ve already purchased a class pass/membership using Wellness Living. Do I need to cancel it or buy another one through Momence?

A: Nope! We have moved all of your information in to our new system.

Q: Why isn’t my auto-renew membership showing up as “paid” on the new Momence platform?

A: Have you updated your credit card information? We weren’t permitted to transfer those details for you when we made the switch. Please Log in to your Momence account and update your credit card details. Check out the video below for a how-to!

Q: How do online classes work with Momence?

A: Easy-peasy. When you book into an online class you will immediately receive a Zoom link for that class in your e-mail (check your spam folder!). You will receive the link once again 1 hour before class begins. To log-in to the live class, simply use the link provided in your Zoom app, or enter the class directly through your Momence App!

A: Lots of reasons! We love how simple and easy the user interface is, especially when it comes to booking into classes, and accessing them over Zoom. It also allows you to choose your mat space for in-person classes, ensuring you’ll be beside your yoga buddy or in your favourite corner of the room. Oh, and did we mention the fully-integrated video-on-demand library, that you can access 24/7?
