Kathrin Brunner

Kathrin Brunner is a Toronto-based nutritionist, health educator and movement teacher. Kathrin began practicing yoga in 2005 and has been teaching since 2009. She's also a Pilates instructor and has studied mindfulness techniques and strength training. Her approach to teaching movement classes is one that values personal agency and exploration. She believes that mindful forms of movement can increase our capacity for stress resiliency and self-regulation. In her own practice, the ability to self-soothe through breath, movement and meditation has been deeply healing.
