Lacey Croft

Lacey’s classes are pure SUKHA (sweetness)! Lacey’s gentle nature is infused into her approach to breath work, meditation, and movement. She started her yoga journey over 10 years ago as a way to find stillness in a time of anxiety. Now, after completing her 300-hour YTT at Ahimsa Yoga Toronto and 35-hour Yin Yoga training, she helps others discover serenity and strength during their own uncomfortable emotional and physical sensations. Lacey bridges yoga with her PhD research on work stress, and her passion for social justice, to create a safe, supportive, and soothing practice.
