Daniel Rosen

Daniel, who is an entertainment lawyer by day, has been practicing yoga for over a decade. In March 2020, he completed his 300 hour Yogayama teacher training with Ahimsa Yoga.

Daniel's teaching style is one that is both anatomically informed and spiritually connected. As a crossfit athlete and hockey player, Daniel brings an immense amount of human anatomy knowledge to the table, and loves to safely challenge his students to physically progress as yogis. He also offers fresh perspectives into the philosophical side of yoga to equip his students with the ability to more mindfully live their lives.

In Daniel's classes, you will move through interesting sequences and challenge yourself, with the comfort of knowing that there will be room to deepen your connection with the spiritual side of yoga.
